Located in the heart of Flushing, our Kids MMA program blends karate, tae kwon do, and boxing into one dynamic, high-energy class.
Designed for children ages 6–11, our program helps kids stay active, learn self-defense, and develop lasting confidence.
Kid’s MMA is also one of the core pillars of our popular summer camp, our summer youth program featuring martial arts for kids in our clean, spacious studios in Flushing, Queens.

With over 20 years of martial arts experience, Coach Eric brings passion, energy, and unmatched skill to every class.
Began Shotokan Karate at age 5
Trained in Krav Maga, Jujitsu, MMA, and Wushu
Competed in Karate, Jujitsu & Kickboxing for over a decade
Officially licensed to award belts
